1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the DigitalCV Malaysia service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

DigitalCV Malaysia provides webpage resume creation and hosting services. Our Service includes:

• Custom webpage resume design based on selected templates
• Content integration and formatting
• Webpage hosting on GitHub Pages
• Technical support and maintenance
• Content updates as per selected package

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for your resume
• Obtain necessary permissions for any content you provide
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Not upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account information

4. Payment Terms

Our Service operates on a payment model consisting of:

• One-time Setup Fee: Paid upfront for initial webpage creation
• Annual Maintenance Fee: Renewed yearly for continued hosting and support

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you provide for your webpage resume. By using our Service, you grant DigitalCV Malaysia a limited license to:

• Host and display your content on our servers
• Make necessary modifications for technical compatibility
• Create backup copies of your content

DigitalCV Malaysia retains ownership of the template designs, code structure, and platform infrastructure.

6. Service Limitations

Our Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific levels of website traffic or visibility
• Job placement or career outcomes
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers

7. Updates and Changes

The number of updates included depends on your selected package:

• Basic Showcase: 2 full updates per year
• Professional Portfolio: 5 full updates per year
• Premium Growth: 12 full updates per year (1 per month)

A "full update" is defined as: editing text in one section, OR replacing up to 5 images, OR adding one portfolio project.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel the Service at any time by notifying us via email or WhatsApp. Refund policies:

• Setup Fee: Non-refundable once work has commenced
• Annual Maintenance Fee: Pro-rated refund for unused months, minus a 20% processing fee
• No refunds for completed updates or modifications

9. Limitation of Liability

DigitalCV Malaysia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice for any material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
